Easier than flying right now. If the jet-setter in you ever misses taking the skies, PS Air should is the ideal place to sit and enjoy the the airplane atmosphere with extra legroom (free of charge), fantastic cocktails and a variety of food options. All the while being served by superb staff with their friendly demeanor and lively attitude. And as a wonderful bonus, this is a dog-friendly (if they’re well-behaved) establishment!
This bar is accessed through Bouchet and upon entering, you are kindly greeted and ushered to your seat of choice. The seats are all legitimately airplane seats and the front two rows are the first class arrangement. With my two dogs with me, I opted to sit towards the back in coach. The cramped feeling is non-existent since your knees aren’t jamming into the seat in front of you. Instead, you get this awesome table resembling an aircraft wing.
The attention to detail, from the storming clouds overhead to the stowed luggage. Their signature cocktails are wonderful and reasonably priced.
